Job Summary:
Are you passionate about inspiring creativity and shaping the next generation of artists? Join Little Artists Art Studio, a premier art education institution with over 24 years of excellence, as a Senior Fine Art Teacher. We are looking for a talented and experienced art educator to lead, teach, and innovate in a dynamic and nurturing environment that celebrates creativity and self-expression.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a vibrant, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and artistic growth.
- Teach Fine Arts, including sketching, painting, and sculpture, using engaging, innovative methods.
- Demonstrate and guide students through diverse art techniques tailored to their abilities.
- Introduce and teach modern design principles and elements of art effectively.
- Plan and curate art displays and exhibitions for school and community events.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators.
- Lead and mentor a team of art teachers, providing curriculum guidance, progress tracking, and constructive feedback.
- Understanding SOP and process adherence
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Early child good school teaching is an advantage
- Strong foundation in classroom management and curriculum planning.
- Experience in IGCSE, IB, or MYP systems would be preferred
- Passionate about working with children (ages 3–17) and fostering their creativity.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Cheerful, honest, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and innovate.

- Competitive Salary:
- Senior Art Teachers: SGD $3,000 - $5,000/month + CPF
- Full-Time Teachers: SGD $2,600 - $3,500/month + CPF
- Part-Time Teachers: SGD $1,200 - $1,700/month + CPF
