Florist No Experience jobs

We are hiring a Full-Time Florist to support our daily floral operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fresh flower bouquets, vase arrangements, gift sets, and festive floral designs
• Prepare flowers by trimming, cleaning, conditioning, and arranging them for daily use
• Manage customer orders and ensure each arrangement is prepared neatly and accurately
• Pack bouquets and gifts properly for delivery or self-collection
• Maintain flower freshness, stock organisation, and overall shop cleanliness
• Assist with walk-in customers and custom floral requests
• Support busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, graduations, and other festive seasons
• Work closely with the team to complete daily orders on time

Requirements:

• Floristry experience will be an advantage
• Training can be provided for candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Creative, careful, and able to match colours and floral styles well
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing for long hours and handling flowers, plants, wrappers, and gift items
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons when required

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,900.00 per month
