Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mooncakes professionally at retail booths, festive fairs, and roadshow locations while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, flavour selections, gift packaging options, and promotional offers to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions accurately, and manage cashless or cash payments efficiently.
• Maintain proper stock levels by monitoring inventory, performing stock top-ups, and ensuring products are well-arranged and displayed attractively.
• Support basic packing, gift box arrangement, and order preparation for walk-in and pre-order customers.
• Ensure the sales booth is clean, organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand presentation standards at all times.
• Achieve daily sales targets through active product promotion, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth booth operations during peak festive periods.
• Follow proper hygiene, food handling, and operational procedures while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

• Friendly, customer-focused, and sales-driven personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or festive event environment.
• Prior retail, food & beverage, or festive sales experience is an advantage.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays during the mooncake festival season.
