Job Description

Freelance Graphic Designer (Event Marketing Collaterals)

We are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer yearly event projects.

Responsibilities

• Design professional email invitations (EDMs)
• Design social media posts
• Design large-format event backdrops
• Design event plaques and award-related materials
• Design additional event marketing collaterals as required (e.g. standees, social media posts, banners, signages, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to production specifications
• Revise designs based on client feedback
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the event branding and theme

Requirements

• Proven experience designing event marketing collaterals
• Strong portfolio showcasing email invitations, event backdrops, and print materials
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software
• Good understanding of print production requirements and large-format artwork preparation
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred

• Experience working on corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, or gala dinners
• Motion graphics or simple animation skills are a plus
