Location: Singapore / Malaysia / Remote
Employment Type: Freelance / Project-Based
We are looking for experienced Freelance Transcribers to support projects across various industries, including Legal, Business, Finance, Medical, Media & Marketing, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Transcribe audio/video recordings accurately and according to project requirements.
- Produce verbatim or clean verbatim transcripts as required.
- Follow provided formatting, timestamping, speaker identification, and transcription guidelines.
- Review and proofread transcripts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle confidential and sensitive content professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of transcription or relevant linguistic experience.
- Strong command of English and/or the required target language.
- Previous experience in Legal, Finance, Business, Medical, Media & Marketing, or other specialized fields is an advantage.
- Excellent listening, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with multilingual or mixed-language transcription is an advantage.
