Full job description

We are recruiting for a Store Manager position with a well-established specialty coffee brand that is expanding into Singapore. The role will play a key part in the brand’s local launch, covering store operations, team leadership, manpower planning, sales performance, cost control, inventory and staff development. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with Singapore F&B or café management experience, particularly those who have supported new-store openings, team setup or fast-growing chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of daily store operations and overall store performance
  • Lead the store team to deliver consistent customer service and beverage quality
  • Manage weekly and monthly staff scheduling, manpower deployment and labour productivity
  • Ensure appropriate manpower coverage during peak and non-peak operating periods
  • Drive store sales performance and support achievement of operational targets
  • Manage ordering, inventory, stock levels and store-related cost control
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, store presentation and equipment standards
  • Handle operational issues and support resolution of equipment, customer or store-related matters
  • Support new product launches, marketing activities and store improvement initiatives
  • Maintain effective working relationships with mall management, property management and relevant business partners
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training and deployment of store team members
  • Coach and develop team members and build a pipeline of future store leaders
  • Work closely with the headquarters training team to implement coffee, service and operational standards
  • Support new-store opening, pre-opening preparation and team setup during the brand’s Singapore expansion
  • Prepare basic store operational and management reports as required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory, shift leadership or store management experience in café, F&B, retail or chain-service environments
  • Prior working and management experience in Singapore’s café or F&B industry
  • Hands-on experience in staff scheduling, manpower planning and deployment
  • Experience in ordering, inventory management and stock control
  • Experience in operational cost control
  • Experience in staff training, coaching and performance management
  • Strong customer-service mindset and ability to handle operational pressure
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
  • Basic Malay is an advantage
  • Diploma or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to prepare basic store operations and management reports
  • Experience with coffee, beverage or established F&B chains is preferred
  • Experience in new-store opening, pre-opening preparation or new-team setup is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment practices, food-safety requirements and local operating standards is an advantage
  • Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore without requiring employer sponsorship
  • Work Permit sponsorship is not available for this position
