Full Time Cafe jobs in Central Singapore

butter tgt is a cafe offering brunch, pastas, specialty coffee and in-house bakes. We are looking for a passionate barista & all-rounder to grow with our small and cosy team! You will be working with the head barista to develop recipes, craft drinks, and maintain the flow of daily operations within the cafe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calibrate espresso and prepare espresso based and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes
• Calibrate and prepare pourovers according to defined flavour profiles
• Ensure tidiness and presentability of the cafe throughout operating hours
• Ensure tidiness of working areas and perform routine deep cleaning of machinery when necessary
• Other front-of-house responsibilities not limited to seating customers, cashiering, serving of food and bakes, setting tables
• Manage and oversee part-time team members
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
• General cleaning and routine machinery maintenance at end of day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a barista required
• Passion for hospitality, specialty coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,500.00 per month
