About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth office operations and assist in coordinating internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across various departments.
• Prepare documents, maintain records, and perform accurate data entry.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
• Assist with onboarding administration, travel bookings, and expense claims.
• Support the planning and coordination of company activities, staff engagement initiatives, and internal events.
• Ensure office records and documentation are organised and up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,600.00 per month
