Every session is guided by certified practitioners trained in Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), PNF stretching, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage, and Red Light Therapy, tailored to what your body actually needs that day.

We work with athletes recovering between training blocks, desk-bound professionals managing chronic tightness, and anyone whose body has quietly accumulated years of tension they haven't had the time or the right hands to address. Job Description

Assisted Stretch Therapist (Part-time / Full-time)

  • Trained in Fascia Stretch Therapy and PNF techniques is a bonus. No experience required but background in sports science, physio or any related field would be preferred
  • Clear communication skills
  • Work on post-training recovery, chronic tightness, injury prevention, and general mobility work for those who simply want to age well and stay active. [He/She/They] also provides Stretchflo's premium outcall service for clients who prefer care in their own environment.
