Job Responsibilities

You will play a key in supporting role in the Hospital's clinical governance framework which includes the development, implementation and maintenance of hospital-wide policies, procedures and forms, as well as the facilitation of work plans. Working closely with Clinical Heads of Department, clinicians and other stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, monitor the implementation of departmental initiatives, and coordinate clinical governance activities. You will also provide secretariat support to the Medical Board, ensuring the smooth execution of its meetings and deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in healthcare administration, or hospital operations will be advantageous

• Keen interest in health systems, healthcare policy and clinical governance

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and resourcefully

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
