What You’ll Be Doing

Design

event visuals

, key visuals, backdrops, EDMs, social media posts & print materials to meet project requirements

Translate concepts into

clear, well-structured layouts

that communicate effectively

Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes to ensure consistency and usability

Collaborate closely with

project managers and 3D designers

to maintain visual consistency throughout projects

Prepare artworks accurately for

print and digital output,

ensuring technical specifications are met

Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while maintaining a responsible working attitude

Organize and maintain design files systematically to support project workflows and version control

What We’re Looking For

Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign

for creating and editing design assets

Strong understanding of

layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

to enhance design impact

Prior experience in events or exhibition design experience is an advantage
