About the Team The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting; 2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy; 3. Support payroll implementation in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations; 4. Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the stakeholders and assist with internal and external audits; 5. Partner and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Hands-on, strong data handling skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. 3. A strong learning mindset and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems and payroll regulations. 4. Thinks logically and approaches problems in a structured way 5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications 1. Openness to embracing and leveraging AI tools; 2. Knowledge and experience in payroll & tax in Singapore;
