Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious HR Data Analyst to transform our people data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will go beyond simple reporting; you will identify patterns, predict trends, and provide the analytical backbone for our People strategy. Your work will directly influence decision-making regarding talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning, ensuring that our leadership has the insights needed to build a world-class workplace.

You will need to:

  • Manage and optimize HR data sets within our HRIS ensuring data integrity, security, and regular cleansing.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs such as headcount and turnover
  • Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify drivers of employee engagement, attrition risk, and high performance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR reporting processes to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
  • Translate complex data findings into "layman's terms" for HR leadership and non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations.
  • Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to solve real workforce challenges
  • Strengthen data governance and ensure the integrity of HR data across systems

Qualifications

You should:

  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within HR or people analytics
  • Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms and an understanding of how HR data structures work.
  • A solid understanding of HR metrics—or a strong interest in building that expertise
  • Strong command of Excel and comfort working with large datasets; SQL is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • The ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling narratives
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

It would be great if you:

  • Experience with Python or R for deeper analysis
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with HR systems like SuccessFactors
