HR Assistant
Employer Company: Construction – Semiconductor Industry
Comprehensive Salary: SGD 4000–5000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Monthly Leave: 8 days
Job Description:
The employer is a semiconductor company looking for a responsible and proactive HR Assistant with construction industry experience to support daily human resource and administrative operations.
Job Scope:
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and managing employee compensation and benefits systems
- Handle employee records, documentation, and HR paperwork
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination processes
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data records
- Coordinate with departments on HR-related matters
- Prepare HR reports and administrative documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Handle general administrative duties and office coordination
- Assist management with daily operational and HR matters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Relevant HR/Admin experience in the construction industry preferred
- Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation processes
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
