Grand Appetite Partners Pte Ltd is a food and beverage company managing the Morganfield’s Singapore brand. We need you to help us achieve the following:
Job Description:
- Western kitchen focused on American BBQ and grill
- Deliver excellent culinary standards
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene
- Train and develop junior chefs (for Junior Sous Chef position)
- Manage stock levels and wastage (for Junior Sous Chef position)
Requirements:
- Western cuisine trained
- Culinary school qualifications a bonus but not critical
- Previous experience leading a kitchen team or section (for Junior Sous Chef position)
