Job Responsibilities – Production Operator (Food Manufacturing)

Operate food production machinery such as bowl cutters, forming machines, and other processing equipment in accordance with production requirements and safety procedures.

Perform product packing, weighing, and quality checks to ensure products meet the required specifications before packing into cartons.

Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the production area at all times, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Follow established production, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Assist with other production-related duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job requirements

5.5 days work week for full time

Part timer are welcome but must commit at least 4 days per week with 5 hours per day (exclude lunch hour).

Able to read and write English (Good to have but not mandatory)

Computer literate (Good to have but not mandatory)

Physically Fit and able to carry loads (5-10kg)

Must be able to stand long hours

Discipline and follow instructions

The company also obtained the EU license for export to the EU market. In 2015, TSG attained the prestigious Gold Award from AVA for achieving Grade A in hygiene standard for 15 consecutive years. This is a FIRST in the fish ball manufacturing industry, an assurance to all DoDo lovers that all DoDo products keep a high standard.
