About Us

Singapura Hawker Club is a modern halal food destination bringing together a variety of local and international concepts under one roof. We are passionate about serving quality food with warm hospitality and are looking for a reliable team member to join our kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook local Malay dishes according to recipes and food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and mise en place.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Replenish ingredients and monitor stock levels.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner when required.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience preparing Malay cuisine or working in a hawker stall, coffee shop, restaurant, or similar food establishment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of halal food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage (training can be arranged if required).
