Job Summary

Support daily food preparation and stall operations by preparing ingredients, handling customer orders and payments, packing and serving food accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock and opening/closing tasks in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking to support food preparation

Take customer orders and process POS and cashless payments accurately

Pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders with attention to accuracy

Serve and hand over food to customers promptly and courteously

Replenish ingredients, sauces, packaging, and other supplies to maintain stock levels

Receive and organise stock deliveries to ensure proper inventory management

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen equipment, and work areas following food safety and company SOPs

Wash utensils, cookware, and equipment as needed to support hygiene standards

Provide friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer experience

Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth stall operations

Handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, carrying supplies, and cleaning to support daily operations

Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak meal periods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in F&B or hawker operations is preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and team dynamics
