Full job description

Partnering with with a leading global biopharmaceutical company, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, regional Medical Affairs environment.

You will work closely with the APAC Medical team, supporting regional initiatives across multiple markets, gaining real exposure to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management activities: track action items, timelines, and deliverables across regional priorities
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Assist in developing and executing internal medical communications and engagement initiatives (newsletters, townhall preparation, Viva Engage posts)
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to support strategic discussions
  • Help maintain and organize team documentation, SharePoint content, and shared resources
  • Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to ongoing APAC Medical projects and programs

Requirements

  • Available full-time between July 2026 to October 2026; some flexibility can be discussed
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communicator—written and verbal—comfortable working in a multicultural, regional team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical innovation is a plus
