Job Responsibilities

Register and assist patients at the clinic reception.

Manage appointments, walk-in patients and telephone enquiries.

Handle billing, payment collection and receipts.

Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations.

Prepare consultation rooms and basic medical equipment.

Perform basic administrative and data-entry duties.

Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.

Assist with medication packing and clinic supplies according to clinic procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Provide friendly and professional service to patients.

Requirements

Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.

Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.

Basic computer skills.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Responsible, patient and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant healthcare qualifications are an advantage.
