About Glow Eden

Glow Eden brings trending beauty and personal care products to customers through multiple e-commerce platforms and our own online store. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our operations team to support our daily administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain business expenses, prepare spreadsheets, and assist with basic accounting records and expense tracking.

Assist with inventory monitoring, stock updates, and shipment tracking.

Perform data entry, verification, and online research with a high level of accuracy.

Assist in maintaining and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms when required.

Learn and assist with operational tasks such as checking, sorting, and packing products when needed.

Support administrative and operational tasks across both work locations as required.

Travel to Johor Bahru (Malaysia) for operational duties when required.

Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the team.

What We're Looking For

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently once trained.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organised and comfortable using spreadsheets and basic online tools.

Adaptable and willing to support different operational tasks and work locations when required.

Punctual with good attendance and able to commit to an agreed work schedule.

Good command of English with clear communication skills.

Completed at least ITE (Nitec / Higher Nitec) or equivalent.

Own laptop required.

Valid passport required, as the role may involve travel to Johor Bahru (Malaysia).

Work Details

Work Locations

You will be assigned a primary work location based on operational requirements:

Sengkang (near Compassvale LRT), or

Woodlands (near Woodlands MRT)

All team members are expected to support both work locations when required.

Work Arrangement

Primarily on-site.

Occasional remote work may be possible after training, depending on operational requirements.

Commitment

Minimum 3 days per week.

Minimum commitment of 3 months.

Candidates able to commit for a longer duration are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities over time.

Working Hours

Full-day (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Working days and schedules are flexible and will be discussed during the interview.

Pay

From $10/hour.

Full-day shifts include a 1-hour unpaid meal break.

We operate daily except on public holidays.
