Now, we’re looking for the real champions of these spaces - dedicated Housekeeping Crew to join our in-house team. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and heart on the ground — not just cleaning, but helping maintain, report and care for the homes of our community members.

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping & Presentation (60%)

• Perform cleaning and sanitisation tasks across common areas, rooftops, and private rooms/studios — including vacuuming, mopping, surface disinfection, and deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances.
• Make beds with fresh linens and maintain a neat, welcoming environment.
• Handle garbage disposal and ensure timely removal of waste from the premises.
• Monitor linen levels and maintain inventory of toiletries and consumable supplies across houses.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards: dust décor, arrange furniture, replace toiletries and other bits and pieces that comes with keeping a home going.
• Ensure proper cleaning equipment and materials are used for each task.

• Home Ownership & Oversight (20%)

• Report damages, faults, or repair needs using our internal system.
• Act as an on-ground ambassador of the Figment brand — taking pride and ownership of your assigned homes.
• Maintain and track inventory within properties, proactively working with the team to improve on member experience.

• Member Interaction & Experience (10%)

• Be the warm, welcoming presence for our members at home — courteous, respectful and ready to assist or direct them to the right channels.
• Ensure a member-first mindset when cleaning or organising shared and private spaces.

• Collaboration & Communication (10%)

• Report issues observed within rooms or properties using internal tools.Work closely with Community Executives to coordinate each house’s consumables and cleaning schedules, and work with the team for restocking and delivery.Provide feedback and flag recurring issues so we can continuously improve the member experience.
• Support lost & found reporting and proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with members when approached, or escalate requests to the right internal team member.

Core Requirements:

• High attention to detail — noticing what others don’t and acting on it
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practice
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
• Comfortable using mobile devices
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, move around multiple homes and climb staircases
• Positive, reliable and a team player
• Able to communicate in basic English (bonus if you speak other local languages)
