We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic

Software Developer (Part-Time or Intern)

to join our team and build something genuinely impactful while balancing your studies!

This role is designed for students who want to gain real-world development experience while studying, offering hands-on exposure to building an internal recruitment system, spanning database design, pipeline automation, CRM features, and AI-powered tooling through structured, project-based work.

You'll gain a holistic understanding of how technology drives business operations in a consulting environment, all while building practical, career-ready skills.

Your Journey Will Involve:

Candidate & Database Management

• Building and maintaining a structured candidate database covering applications, profiles, and resume storage
• Designing data models that support efficient search, filtering, and retrieval of candidate records
• Implementing resume upload and parsing functionality to streamline data entry
• Ensuring data integrity and clean record management across the system

Recruitment Pipeline Development

• Creating a visual pipeline tracker to move candidates through recruitment stages
• Developing status update flows and stage-transition logic within the system
• Supporting the build-out of dashboards and views for internal recruiters to monitor progress
• Iterating on pipeline features based on user feedback and operational needs

Client & Prospect Tracking

• Developing lightweight CRM features to track client accounts and prospect interactions
• Building relationship history logs and activity tracking for business development use
• Supporting linkages between client records and relevant candidate pipelines
• Helping maintain clean and up-to-date client data within the platform

Automation & AI Integration

• Implementing email automation triggered by candidate stage movements and key events
• Exploring and integrating AI tools for CV parsing, candidate matching, and workflow efficiency
• Supporting process automation to reduce manual, repetitive tasks for the recruitment team
• Researching and prototyping new AI-driven features to improve system capability

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Comfortable working with web technologies, databases, or backend frameworks
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Genuine interest in building real, functional systems, not just coursework exercises
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. OpenAI APIs, Zapier, or similar) is a plus
• Experience with tools like Python, JavaScript, SQL, or low-code platforms is advantageous
