  • Develop IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying technology needs, evaluating emerging technologies, and creating long-term plans for IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Develop and manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively to support business objectives while controlling costs.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
  • Identify IT risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of IT disruptions on business operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and technical support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
