Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing technical systems and providing exceptional support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle diverse IT challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
- Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate in developing and enhancing internal systems to support operational needs.
- Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates for reporting and user support.
- Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Help identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes.
- Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, testing, and rollouts.
- Provide input and suggestions during project planning and implementation phases.
- Support the documentation and updating of IT standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing.
- Strong service-oriented attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
