Responsibilities

  • Support ETP Raw Materials and Finished Goods shipments and co-ordinate process
  • Co-ordinate with respective manufacturing plants on shipment movement to ensure smooth delivery
  • Co-ordinate and prepare shipping documents timely
  • Send weekly report to update status of production and schedule
  • Support any ad-hoc report creation and operation of assigned region facilities
  • Co-ordinate with 3PL/4PL for import and export related activities at the assigned location

Skills/Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics
  • Minimum 1 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain within Petrochemicals industry
  • Understanding of shipping, customer services and logistics operations, strategy management, warehousing management
  • Experience in SAP
  • Data analytics skills
