We are a fast-growing

AI infrastructure company focused on enabling next-generation computing through

cloud computing platforms and data center technologies

. The roles are as follows:
Drafting and reviewing supplier, customer, OEMs and software licensing agreements

Liase with our external legals to structure our cross board projects

Regulatory and compliance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in Singapore and the United States and develop internal compliance programs and policies, advise on data privacy, cross-boarder data transfer, and technology regulations

Support M&A, fundraising and strategic partnerships

Work with finance and CEO on risk management and corporate strategy

Requirements:
6-8 years of legal experience, ideally top law firm and in-house experience

Strong experience in technology,

Ability to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-growing startup environment

Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills
