JOB SUMMARY

Prepare Indian cuisine for daily food production, bulk catering orders, buffet services and events while maintaining quality, hygiene and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare South and North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including breakfast, biryani, rice, curries and gravies.
• Handle bulk cooking, catering orders, buffet preparation and daily kitchen production schedules.
• Maintain consistent taste, food quality, portions and presentation.
• Assist with menu planning, ingredient preparation, inventory control and waste reduction.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen equipment safety requirements and coordination

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant cooking experience food production or catering qualification preferred.
• Experience with Indian cuisine and bulk catering; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational needs.
