Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and physically fit Kitchen Helper / Cleaner to support daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness in a busy Indian restaurant. The candidate must be flexible, hands-on and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, cooking equipment and kitchen appliances.
Clean kitchen floors, walls, workstations, storage areas and other designated areas.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, washing vegetables and handling ingredients.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of rubbish disposal areas.
Assist with receiving, arranging and storing kitchen supplies.
Support food packing, kitchen setup and general operational duties.
Follow food hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
Perform other cleaning and kitchen support duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or restaurant operations is advantageous.
