Introduction

We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join our international security & privacy team in Singapore. This role is ideal for students pursuing Information Systems, IT Audit, or related fields who are passionate about data privacy, compliance, and operational efficiency driven by AI. You will work alongside our senior privacy professionals to execute standardized compliance processes, support cross-regional audit projects, and contribute to team knowledge management. Preferably, candidates can commit for 6 months and above.

In this Role, you’ll get to

• Execute standardized compliance processes according to established SOPs, including compliance platform operations and completeness checks for security review requests
• Support vendor security assessments during procurement, maintain vendor security questionnaires, and assist with platform operations
• Support certificate and audit materials collection and collation under team guidance
• Prepare security training and awareness enhancement materials under team guidance
• Organize and classify compliance documents, conduct information gathering and research support
Contribute to team knowledge base management and process optimization documentation

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, IT Audit,
• Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently within structured frameworks
Able to work on-site in Singapore for the full 6-month duration
