This allows returning interns to continue building their skills, deepen their experience, and explore new opportunities across the bank.

Who Are We Looking For

• Matriculated undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline
• Priority consideration is given to penultimate year students; selected roles may be open to students in other years of study
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks
• Able to obtain university endorsement for DBS internship
• Passionate about a career in banking and financial services
• Strong communicators who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Agile, curious and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Behavioural Assessment
  • Coding Assessment (for Technology, AI & Data Science roles)

• Interview selection: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Application deadline: Applications for DBS Internship Programme will close in March 2027. Early applications are encouraged as opportunities may be filled on a rolling basis.
