  • Manage day to day operation
  • Providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators.
  • Ensure safety compliance, quality control of equipment
  • Develop traning materials and conduct training session
  • Monitoring the performance of the employees
  • Experienced with food preparation
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in f&b industry before
  • Able to work in coffeeshop
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Patient, easy-going personality
