Job Summary

Lead and manage restaurant floor operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences, achieve sales targets, and uphold high standards of service, safety, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant floor operations in the absence of the Manager to ensure seamless service delivery

Develop and maintain a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency through effective systems and training

Manage daily operations of an appointed Japanese restaurant to meet business objectives

Deliver memorable dining experiences by overseeing guest service quality and environment

Support recruitment by interviewing and hiring team members aligned with company values

Train staff comprehensively to prepare them for successful performance and career growth

Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures to maintain standards

Drive productivity improvements across all restaurant areas to optimize performance and guest satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
