Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Restaurant Service Crew to join our vibrant team in Singapore. You will play an important role in delivering warm hospitality and ensuring guests enjoy an excellent dining experience inspired by authentic Greek culture and cuisine. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Assist in seating guests and presenting menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and input orders into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation standards.
  • Provide basic menu information and assist with guest recommendations when required.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
  • Support opening and closing duties, including setting up and packing down service areas.
  • Assist team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
  • Handle simple guest requests and escalate feedback or issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Follow all food hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
  • Process payments using POS systems when assigned.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Role involves an active, fast-paced environment with frequent standing and movement throughout shifts.
  • Must be comfortable handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving restaurant supplies (such as trays, stock items, and light equipment) safely.
  • Requires good stamina to support peak service periods and maintain service standards during busy operations.
  • Team members are expected to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised restaurant environment.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service would be an advantage.
  • Basic communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.
  • Interest in Greek culture and Mediterranean dining is an advantage but not required.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays.
  • Able to work on a 5.5-day work week schedule.
