Salary: $3,800 – $4,600/month, depending on experience
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Scope
- Handle Hot Section and Cold Section operations
- Prepare and execute Japanese cuisine according to standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Monitor and control food costs, including portioning and wastage
- Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
- Work closely with the management team on menu and operational improvements
- Menu and new dishes creation on a regular basis
- Relevant experience in Japanese cuisine
- Strong knowledge of both hot and cold kitchen sections
- Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
- Able to lead and manage kitchen staff
- Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher salary
