Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging one-on-one online Japanese lessons.
  • Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning goals.
  • Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and conversational skills.
  • Prepare lesson materials, homework, and assessments as needed.
  • Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Foster an encouraging, interactive, and supportive online learning environment.
  • Support students preparing for JLPT examinations, school assessments, or practical communication.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
  • Moderate communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for online teaching.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent teaching schedule.
  • Experience teaching children or international school students is an advantage.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
