Full job description

a. Recommend jewellery/ gold items to walk-in customers
b. Provide good customer service & build rapport with customers
c. Guide junior sales executives on selling tactics
d. Arrange stock & daily stock take
e. Update daily cash/ inventory reports into system
f. At least 1 year work experience in jewellery shop before
g. Good customer service skill
h. Basic English & Basic Computer knowledge
i. Able to work 5 days including weekends & Public holidays with 2 rotating off days from 9am to 9pm
