Responsibilities

  • Retail Sales: Promote and sell gold jewellery to walk-in customers.

  • Customisation Services: Understand customers’ preference to recommend and curate suitable custom-made designs.

  • End-to-End Service: Act as a bridge between customers and craftsmen/designers to ensure the custom orders meets expectations.

  • Operations: Handle POS transactions, daily inventory management, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese.

  • Character: Honest, reliable, and possesses a high level of integrity.

  • Experience: Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.

  • Drive: Service-oriented, positive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
