About the role This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences and growing alongside an independent Singapore brand.

Responsibilities

Sell and promote jewellery products to meet customer needs and sales targets

Deliver high-class, professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Assist in daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service

Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and availability

Communicate effectively in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) to serve diverse customers

Collaborate with team members to manage weekend shifts on a rotational roster

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proven track record in jewellery sales to demonstrate relevant experience

Strong selling and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to engage customers
