Job Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury retail service by recommending gold jewelry that matches customer preferences, achieving sales targets, and supporting boutique operations to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer preferences to recommend exquisite gold jewelry pieces that fit their lifestyle and needs
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets to contribute to overall store performance
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service, product expertise, and professional after-sales support
  • Present products elegantly and maintain visual merchandising that meets the brand’s luxury standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and after-sales services accurately and professionally
  • Support daily boutique operations including stock replenishment, inventory control, security procedures, and housekeeping
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, gold jewelry collections, and market trends to provide expert recommendations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, beauty, premium fashion, watches, or other high-end retail environments; prior experience as Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant with strong customer service skills is highly valued
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and perform role duties
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Honest, self-motivated, passionate, and service-oriented attitude
