Working hours : 8.30am to 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by managing key customer accounts e.g. Singapore, Korea etc; developing new business opportunities and delivering customer-focused solutions through effective commercial and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage and grow assigned key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with customers and the R&D team to deliver innovative products and solutions.

Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business terms to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Serve as the primary contact for customers on commercial matters, including quotations, orders, delivery schedules, payments, and after-sales support.

Coordinate with internal departments, including R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies.

Manage and support distributors, sales agents, and channel partners to maximize sales performance and market coverage.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.

Represent the company at customer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and promote company products.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt issue resolution, and effective relationship management.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/Food Technology/Engineering

Min 2-3 years of sales working experience in food related industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Korean is required for communication with Korean clients

Able to perform overtime if required
