Summary
We seek a forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to spearhead our organizational upskilling initiatives and AI integration strategy. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling comprehensive learning frameworks that address critical skill gaps and foster AI proficiency across all departments, ensuring our workforce remains agile and competitive in a digital-first landscape.
What you'll do
The holder of the position is responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
- Architect and execute enterprise-wide learning pathways, encompassing end-to-end management from initial gap analysis to final programme delivery.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate current competencies, forecast emerging talent requirements, and map strategic capability growth.
- Curate blended learning experiences in coordination with the International (INT) L&D team, including e-learning and workshops tailored to various learning styles and job levels.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure programme adoption, skill acquisition, and the overall impact on business performance.
- Orchestrate job rotation programmes and strategic internal mobility initiatives to promote continuous professional development and career progression.
- Identify and manage relationships with external training vendors, academic institutions, and tech partners to secure high-quality content aligned with INT standards.
- Oversee external providers to ensure that all training materials and content delivery meet established quality and performance benchmarks.
- Engage with government bodies and industry agencies to align organizational learning with national upskilling agendas and initiatives.
- Facilitate targeted training sessions as required to address evolving operational needs and maintain organizational work standards.
- Draft and implement L&D policies and procedures, ensuring accurate data reporting and analysis upon request.
What you'll need
- Minimum 6 years’ solid training experience in a multinational company
- Experience with setting-up AI literacy programmes and AI integration
- Experience working in multi-cultural environment and virtual teams
- Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills
- Passion for upskilling and understanding new technology and trends
- Track record of presenting and working directly with the leadership team
