Job Overview
As a Corporate Education Consultant, you will be deeply involved in the transformation of human capital and entire organizations. You will support the end-to-end consulting process, from day-to-day operations and sales support to the design of programs tailored to each client's unique management issues and organizational culture. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are key to our work, allowing us to adapt to client needs at every stage and consistently exceed expectations. We partner with the management teams (CEOs, CHROs, etc.) and human resource divisions of global companies, supporting transformation of our client organizations by providing standard or customized training programs for global, regional, and local leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Program Design & Delivery: Support the development, customization, and delivery of comprehensive training programs integrating the case method, action learning, business e- learning, and market immersion.
- Business Operations: Perform day-to-day business operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Sales & Marketing: Support sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and expand our corporate client base.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partnering with senior executives and HR leaders.
- Agile Adaptation & Ad-Hoc Execution: Execute any other ad-hoc activities required by the team, flexibly adapting solutions to meet the evolving needs of the client organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: University Degree and above (graduates from a local public university are a plus). A Master’s degree (preferably an MBA) is advantageous for long-term career advancement.
- Experience: Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team. Prior experience working for Japanese companies, or background in B2B corporate sales, HR Management, or Talent Development is a plus.
- Language Skills: English fluency is a must. Knowledge of the Japanese language (JLPT N3 and above) is a good to have, but not a must, to effectively collaborate with Japanese headquarters and counterparts.
Core Competencies:
- Detail-oriented and a strong problem-solver with excellent project management skills.
- Resilient self-starter who is self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust across multiple corporate levels.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for human capital development in organizations striving for globalization.
- A forward-thinking mindset with an attitude toward leveraging AI to improve productivity and work quality.
- Strong alignment with the GLOBIS vision and corporate philosophy (the GLOBIS Way).
Career Opportunities
- Be part of a diverse, international working environment.
- Learn directly from senior management and experienced industry professionals.
- Acquire highly practical skills in sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Enjoy overseas business trip opportunities to Japan and the wider region.
