Job Description

Spring College International is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Diploma Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials for modules within Business Management.
• Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey to help them achieve the expected learning outcomes.
• Evaluate coursework and assessments, ensuring accurate marking and meaningful feedback is provided.
• Conduct classes in accordance with the approved curriculum while upholding the institution's academic standards.
• Develop and review examination papers to ensure they align with the intended learning outcomes of the programme.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in teaching or professional practice within Business Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication abilities with effective classroom facilitation skills.
• Available to teach according to an established part-time class schedule.
