Job Description: E-commerce Specialist

As the intersection of social media and e-commerce accelerates, we are expanding our team to help brands scale their digital storefronts and social selling channels. We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and energetic E-commerce Specialist to join our team at our dynamic workspace in Ayer Rajah Crescent.

Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore (One-North tech hub)

Job Purpose

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and driving growth across our clients' and partners' e-commerce platforms and social commerce channels (such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and brand website stores). You will bridge the gap between creative influencer campaigns and transactional e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless user journeys that convert engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Management

Manage daily end-to-end operations of e-commerce storefronts, including product listings, stock inventory tracking, pricing updates, and promotional setups.

Ensure accurate fulfillment workflows and coordinate closely with logistics partners to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Monitor store health metrics, customer reviews, and operational compliance on various marketplace platforms.

2. Campaign Strategy & Social Commerce Optimization

Plan and execute e-commerce marketing calendars, aligning store promotions with grand commercial mega-sale days (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) and ongoing influencer campaigns.

Collaborate with the content and influencer teams to optimize product pages (SEO/SEM, copywriting, visuals) and maximize conversion rates (CVR).

Support the setup, moderation, and operational mechanics of live-streaming sessions and affiliate marketing programs.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Utilize data-driven insights to identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and implement actionable solutions to improve performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), or digital marketing. Experience within an agency or social commerce background is highly valued.

Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with e-commerce back-end tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace analytical dashboards), and content management systems.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to extract commercial insights.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills. Professional fluency in English is required to coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, regional brands, and external tech partners.

Flexibility & Autonomy: Highly organized and thriving in a hybrid working model—capable of managing projects autonomously from home for administrative and analytical tasks, while being fully present for on-site collaboration at Ayer Rajah Crescent when required.
