Full job description

No experience? No problem. Just bring the right attitude!

Looking to kickstart your career somewhere fun, fast-paced, and full of growth? We're on the hunt for an Officer Administrative to join our crew and help keep things running like clockwork behind the scenes. If you're organized, a quick learner, and love being the person who has it all together, keep reading !

What you’ll be doing

Think of yourself as the glue that holds the office together. You will juggle a bit of everything, paperwork, people, schedules, and the occasional "wait, where did that file go?" moment. Some of your day-to-day:

  • Keeping files, records, and data organized (and actually findable).
  • Picking up calls and emails, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Setting up meetings and keeping calendars on track.
  • Whipping up documents, reports, and the occasional email nobody wants to write.
  • Restocking office supplies before anyone notices we ran out.
  • Helping new hires settle in and feel at home.
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers.
  • Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands.
  • Keeping the office looking like adults work there.
  • Light bookkeeping and expense tracking (we will teach you, don't worry).

What we’re looking for

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Admin, or anything remotely related (or honestly, just solid common sense).
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Someone who actually replies to messages and shows up on time.
  • A natural multitasker who doesn't panic when three things happen at once.
  • Good vibes, team player energy, and a "let's figure it out" mindset.
  • Bonus points if you're the friend who always has snacks, plasters, and a backup charger.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month

  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Professional development
