Logistics Executive jobs

Job responsibilities:
1. Handle international/domestic logistics operations, including vessel booking, vehicle arrangements, and end-to-end cargo tracking.

2. Prepare, review, and coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance to ensure compliance.

3. Liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, and suppliers to coordinate cargo receiving, delivery, and inventory records.

4. Compare rates and optimize logistics solutions, while assisting with cost verification and settlement.

5. Maintain logistics data, handle exceptional cases, and support related team requirements.

6. Complete any other tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least 3 years of relevant logistics working experience.

3. Familiarity with Singapore customs procedures, port operations, and commonly used logistics service providers will be an advantage.

4. Good command of both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders in China who speak only Chinese, with the ability to independently prepare relevant analytical reports.

5. Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and logical thinking skills, strong teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.

7. Able to complete other tasks assigned by management.
