We are looking for Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions), to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa!

As the Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:

Deliver safe and enjoyable experiences by monitoring and supporting guest activities at attractions
Manage ticketing and retail transactions accurately to ensure smooth visitor flow and sales operations
Respond promptly and effectively to ad-hoc guest and visitor inquiries to resolve issues and provide information
Set, uphold, and monitor service standards to maintain consistent quality of guest experiences
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and address operational needs
Adapt to shift work schedules to provide continuous support during operating hours

We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrate enthusiasm and customer focus by engaging positively with guests and visitors
Show initiative by identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively
Apply creativity and attention to detail in service delivery and problem-solving
