What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins
  • Recommend suitable domestic helpers to employers
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the matching process
  • Prepare documents and assist with MOM / WP Online applications
  • Manage payments, agreements and administrative tasks
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve issues when needed

You’ll play a key role in both customer experience and successful placements.
