Job Scope:
- Lead overall production operations to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Manage production supervisors and manufacturing teams
- Troubleshoot equipment, process and quality issues using root-cause analysis
- Drive production planning, capacity, manpower and budget management
- Lead cost reduction, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support NPI, production transfers and manufacturing strategy
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing production experience
- Strong people leadership experience, ideally 8–10 years
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and process systems
- ISO 13485 experience is a MUST
- Experience managing FDA-regulated manufacturing operations
- SAP / ERP experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt advantageous
