Job Responsibilities

Clinic Daily Operations and Compliance: Responsible for the overall daily administration and operation of clinics across the island, ensuring all medical practices, medication management, and patient privacy fully comply with the latest regulations of the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) and the HCSA (Healthcare Services Act).

Medical Team and Scheduling Management: Responsible for the daily scheduling, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization of the clinic's front desk (Clinic Assistants), nurses, and support staff, and rationally allocating manpower to meet peak demand.

Customer Experience and Patient Communication: Supervise and improve overall service excellence, personally handle complex patient complaints and urgent medical disputes, and maintain brand reputation.

Supply Chain and Asset Maintenance: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of clinic medications, medical consumables, and equipment, controlling operating costs; liaise with external equipment suppliers to ensure that clinic medical equipment undergoes regular safety testing.

Cross-departmental communication and implementation: Serving as a bridge between the clinic frontline and the group headquarters, we efficiently connect with the core doctor team, IT, HR and finance departments to ensure the efficient implementation of group strategies, new medical projects or system iterations (such as clinic CMS system updates).
