Job Responsibilities

* Provide warm and professional service to guests

* Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience

* Follow restaurant SOPs and support daily operations

* Assist the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

* Prior experience in fine dining is preferred

* Experience in Western or Japanese fine dining service would be an advantage

* Strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail

* Able to communicate effectively in English

* Suitable for someone who takes pride in professional service and wishes to grow long-term in the industry

This role offers proper training in refined service standards within a calm, counter-style Japanese fine dining environment. For candidates who are interested, there will also be opportunities to learn more about wine, sake, and beverage service through our award-winning beverage programme.
