Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests, providing warm and attentive hospitality.

- Explain the omakase menu, yakitori courses, and daily specials confidently.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve dishes according to service standards.

- Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, sake, wine, and other drinks (training provided).

- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-organized.

- Monitor guests dining experience and respond promptly to requests.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning.

- Maintain excellent hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is preferred .

- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

- Basic English communication is required.

- Experience in Japanese dining, omakase, or wine/sake service is a plus.

Salary Package and Benefits.

- Staff meals provided

- Medical benefits (14 days outpatient medical leave and 60 days hospitalization leave)

- Annual leave: 7 days, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service.
