Full job description
Clinic assistant /Nurse
Full- time Role
Central location, near MRT
Office hours: Monday to Fri (9 to 530 pm), Sat (half day 9 to 1pm)
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of specialist clinic, general clinic administrative duties and housekeeping including stock taking / inventory keeping, device maintenance
Dispense medications, general advice to patients
Front desk – phone calls, appointment booking, walk-in, billing, claims etc
Able to handle general enquiries on email/whatsapp/phone calls
Support doctor in daily operations and assist in procedures (including lasers, minor surgeries, aesthetic/cosmetic procedures, injections)
Be comfortable with young children
Team player, responsible, attention to details
Keen to learn, training can be provided
Service-oriented, friendly to patients
Knowledge of medisave/insurance claims is preferred
- Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in MS office (word/excel) and basic IT skills
- Enrolled/registered nurses are welcome to apply

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
